My dear! I want to introduce You to my personal Author's recipe. We are vegetarians and lead a healthy lifestyle, and what You want! Our food is a recharging of our vital forces. We are what we eat, first and foremost. So I want to present to You the recipe for vegetable casseroles: very healthy and hearty and, among other things, bright and beautiful. And vegetables just can't look the other way! This is a wonderful vegetable harmony is perfect served for lunch, but you can for a hearty dinner. Thanks to the preparation of some steamed vegetables in the oven - they retain their vitamins as do not directly pertain to water and fire. Gather all the vegetables in a certain sequence, as the cooking time at everyone. Another subtle point - I don't use cooking salt, it I substitute juice of a freshly squeezed lemon! All healthy food, my dear!!!

Cooking

Prepare a double boiler - fill a container full of water. Cut carrots in large wheels; broccoli disassemble on inflorescences; beans if needed and cut in 3-4 cm in length. Put in one container of a double boiler, carrots, beans, broccoli and peas. Stir the vegetables and set the timer for 25 minutes. Steam cooking preserves the valuable vitamins in the vegetables.
Prepare the mushrooms. My thoroughly and quickly, fold-out drying, as the mushrooms are a porous structure (in the form of a sponge), so it is very good absorb water. Sliced mushrooms: cut away the first foot, then the hat in half and lengthwise into three or four times.

Prepare the remaining products. By this time our vegetables in the steamer ready. They do not lose their vitamins and bright colour, as the vegetables do not have direct contact with water, and steamed!
Spread the vegetables that have been cooked in the steamer (carrots, beans, broccoli, peas) in a main form with potatoes, cabbage, onions and mushrooms. Stir. Even out the vegetables around the perimeter of the shape.
Evenly spread on top of sliced tomatoes and olives, sprinkle with garlic.
Pour the casserole in the form of a whipped sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200ºC.
Prepare the sesame seeds previously fried in a frying pan without oil, poderzhannyh on low heat with constant stirring until Golden brown, just a couple of minutes. Get the prepared casserole, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Sesame is rich in calcium! The amount of calcium in sesame seeds is several times higher than its content in dairy products of animal origin!
Sprinkle svejenarublennoyi greens.
