Cooking
As for me, the hardest part of cooking artichokes is properly cleaned to remove all the hard leaves. Take a large bowl with cold water and dilute it flour per liter of water - 1 tbsp flour.
Clean the artichokes from the tough upper leaves. When the leaves are bright on the bottom, stop.
Cut the tip of artichoke.
Then, most importantly, in a circle, slice off the top tips of the leaves.
So was the artichoke-like rosettes :-) .
Cut off the stalk beneath the flower, clean the potatoes, cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and throw into the water.
Flower cut in half lengthwise, if so, cleans the fluff from the middle and cut into slices. Throw in the water with the flour for 10 minutes.
As you can see, the artichokes are absolutely light, but in the background you can see a very dark water.
Artichokes drain in a colander, rinse under running water.
Garlic and parsley finely chop, then sauté 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the artichokes, fill with water (should be almost covered), salt and pepper, cover and simmer for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
The last 10 minutes to cook without a lid, until, until evaporated water. When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Believe me it is easier to cook than to write... :-) :-)
