Stuffed zucchini
I went once I for groceries and saw these zucchini. Immediately the fantasy had played, and they wanted something to dump, and so was born the recipe...

To start, wash and dry our beauties. Cut off the "hats" and set aside.

Prepare the stuffing. Clean and Nachinaem onion, passeruem it in vegetable oil (I used olive) until almost cooked with finely chopped garlic.

While fried onions, remove the flesh of our zucchini. I usually use a special spoon with which one can very easily and properly get rid of the pulp.

Picking until, until there's such an empty squash ready for stuffing :)

Crumble fried onions ground meat (I took beef and pork 50/50, but generally I prefer lamb, although it is - as anyone), lightly fry it with onions mixed in. Then add the peeled and chopped tomatoes. Again passeruem all together on a moderate fire. Put some squash pulp, pre-chopped her. After 7-8 minutes add the tomato paste (70 grams), a little water and simmer for another 5 minutes. The mixture should be bubbling delicious :). Salt, pepper and put the chopped greens (can be mixed all at once).

Stuff zucchini and put them in a saucepan with vegetable oil.

Close the "spaceme", round maketu remaining zucchini, dilute remaining tomato paste in some water (half Cup) and pour in the courgettes. Put on medium gas and cover with a lid. Bring to boil and stew on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Warm up the oven to 210 degrees. We shift our zucchini from the pan in the refractory shape. The sauce that did it, and boiled the pulp is triturated with a mixer

and pouring into a mold zucchini. Put into the oven and Topcem there until ready. And that's what we get. Hope you like it!!
