Cooking
The fish is cleaned, washed, cut into pieces.
Fry the pieces in vegetable oil on each side.
Onions cut into rings and fry in sunflower oil.
The fish put in the pot. I did it in 2 pieces.

Sour cream mix with mayonnaise, salt and spices for fish, beat well with a fork.
