Cooking
Potatoes, onions, garlic peel and RUB on the "gear" grater. I just simplify a job - grind everything in the blender, so the same effect. Feet broccoli left over from inflorescence, cleaned and RUB on a coarse grater.
Mix worn the vegetables, add the egg, salt and pepper to taste. Add the flour to mass produce a medium thickness. All mix well.
Heat the pan vegetable oil for frying. In hot oil put a tablespoon of lepeshechki. Fry on both sides until Golden color to the crust.
Serve hot directly from the frying pan. Very tasty, with interesting broccolini taste. Perfectly eaten with sour cream.
