A delicious and hearty dish of Turkey.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Cucumber

    2 шт

  • Sour cream

    5 ст. л.

  • Potatoes

    10 шт

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

  • Allspice

The Turkey cut into medium pieces and fry until cooked in vegetable oil.

Onions chop and fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil. Add to the onions grated on a coarse grater carrots, 10 minutes to put out(you can add some water).

Grate the cucumber and add to vegetables.

Add to the onions with carrots "Hawaiian mix", stir. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

In each Cup put 1 Dec. L. sour cream, Turkey,

of vegetable mixture,

two diced potatoes. Season with salt, add the "Vegeta", pour 3 /4 Cup water. Put into each pot a quarter of a Bay leaf and two peas of allspice.

Bake 1 hour at 180 degrees in the oven until cooked. Very tasty!
