Hochk to offer you a recipe for baked chicken wings in an interesting, crisp and delicious breading.
Ingredients

Chicken wings

Corn starch
4 ст. л.

Paprika sweet
1 ст. л.

Oregano
1 ч. л.

Garlic powder
1 ч. л.

Khmeli-suneli
1 ч. л.

Egg white
2 шт

Soy sauce
3 ст. л.
Cooking
Mix the starch, oregano, paprika, Khmeli-suneli (I added more salt).
Then carefully whisk the whites with soy sauce.
Wing dip first in the liquid part of the batter.
Then in the dry. Breaded wings spread on a baking sheet greased with butter and bake at 220° in the oven until cooked.
