Description
In my family this dish is called "noodle rice". Is prepared like normal, so you can use your favorite recipe, only instead of rice take pasta in the same proportion. For some it's not a new dish, and someone hears for the first time. Mother of many children, the simplicity and the cooking time is very important. Multivarka-pressure cooker our assistant. Cooking

Vermicelli fine durum heated on a dry pan, without oil. Stirring constantly, as seeds, to a light beige color. Pour in a bowl the meat with the vegetables, not stirring. Salting is no longer necessary. Fill with boiling water to 1 cm above the noodles, close the lid. Put the mode "meat" with the valve closed. Time 20 min.
