Description
I don't really like chicken and the breast, usually prefer legs, wings. But this recipe reconciled me with the fillet. It is a surprisingly tender, juicy, and the teriyaki sauce along with other ingredients helps to appreciate the taste.

Cooking
Boil noodles in salted water according to instructions on the package.
Drain noodles in a colander.
Chicken fillet cut into thin strips.
Onion cut into small dice.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Fry the onions until soft, add the carrots.
Once the carrots are tender, send the vegetables to the chicken.
Add turmeric, salt, pepper, mix well. Fry until the chicken is cooked – about 5 minutes. Send in the pan ready buckwheat noodles. Pour in the teriyaki sauce, mix well.
Keep frying for another 3 minutes, remove and serve. Bon appetit!
