Potato sticks with a crispy crust
Bright potato sticks with vegetables. Crisp texture and juicy vegetables. Very tasty and healthy. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 шт

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 шт

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Pepper

    1/4 шт

  • Green peas

    2 ст. л.

  • Parsley

    0,5 пуч.

  • Olive oil

    1,5 ст. л.

  • Soy sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Flour

    1 ст. л.

  • Bread crumbs

    5 ст. л.

Cooking

Boil the carrots. I do it in the microwave, in a plastic bag.

Boil the potatoes, Pat dry, mash well with a potato masher.

In a Cup mix the soy sauce and olive oil.

Pour into the potatoes and then mash again with potato masher. Leave on time, even a little cool.

Cut the vegetables into small, equal cubes.

Warm potatoes, add the flour, again knead with a potato masher. Watch out, not to leave lumps. Try for salt, dosolit, if needed.

Add all the vegetables and green peas, stir.

Add greenery.

Mix again.

On the Board to form sticks.

Roll in breadcrumbs.

Grease well with olive oil.

The form, which will bake the sticks, lay a paper for baking or grease with butter. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 15 minutes until crisp. It's time to serve.
