Chicken breast cut along not to the end. Fillet lightly beat off. Grate cheese on a grater. In minced meat add salt, curry, hmeli-suneli, 1st. the soy sauce. Onion cut into cubes. Finely chop garlic, parsley, walnuts.
In a pan pour 1 tbsp oil, fry the onions 5 minutes, add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the beef and fry until cooked.
Mix prepared stuffing with parsley, walnuts, cheese. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 chicken egg.
Spread the filling on the fillet and roll up the roll.
If necessary, fasten with toothpicks.
Dip rolls. Dip in flour, then in egg (2 eggs stir with 100 ml water) and bread crumbs.
Fry the rolls in oil until Golden brown.
Spread on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Sauce. In a saucepan in 1 tsp. vegetable oil fry the onion, add 100 ml of the broth, 1 tsp wine vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce. Cook for 10 minutes. Add 50 g of butter.
Spread the garnish. Roll cut into medallions and pour the fragrant sauce with a sour taste.
