Porridge made from buckwheat and rice
In this mess I added not only my favorite beets and carrots, but also dried mushrooms. Here are a few reasons why this cereal is good: 1. It is cooked in the oven, thereby preserving more nutrients than when cooking on the stove. 2. No need to stand at the stove, put it in the oven and wait. 3. Rice and buckwheat wash, dry and fry in a dry pan, stirring, for 4 minutes.

The beets and carrots clean and RUB on a coarse grater. Beets sprinkled with lemon juice.

And carrots. Pour hot water that covers the top layer of 2 fingers. Salt. Cover with a lid and put in preheated oven to 190C for 1 hour. In the finished porridge add the vegetable oil, stir and serve hot.
