Cooking
Rinse the liver under cool water. Remove the membranes, veins. Cut into pieces ( not more than 1 cm)
The liver is pour the milk. Cover and leave for an hour.
Drain the milk. Dry pieces with paper towel. Roll each piece in flour.
In a pan heat the oil and fry the liver on both sides (1 minute per side). Transfer to a plate. PS the Liver does not salt before or during cooking ( otherwise it will become hard or dry)
In the same oil fry the onion half rings until Golden brown.
In a bowl mix the sour cream, cream, spices and salt
Form to lay a parchment, put the liver and onions. Pour the sauce and send in the oven for 15-20 minutes at t 180 degrees.
