Cooking
In a pan with a thick bottom, pour olive oil, add a little heat and put the onion cut arbitrarily (like like like).
Liver wash, remove all the excess, dry it, cut into pieces and add to onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir and fry for a minute.
Take 300 g of liver-1 tbsp semolina. I took the semolina TM Mistral. I really like this decoy.
Sprinkle the liver with semolina all over the pan and stir thoroughly.
Pour the alcohol. I poured 70 ml of whiskey. Can dry wine (I was not).
Reduce the fire to minimum, cover and do the liver about 10 minutes to complete evaporation of alcohol.
