Potato mini-casseroles with meat
Very simple and hearty portions zapekanki. They are not able to stop neither children nor adults.

Ingredients

You should start cooking the mashed potatoes. Potatoes wash, peel, rinse again. Fill with water, add salt and cook until tender. Ready punched potatoes in a blender, add the butter and eggs. Mix fast. It turns out thick and creamy mass. In the process cools it will become thicker.
