My wife and I love chicken. But at some point I wanted to simplify the marinade to the cooking minimized. I tried to marinate in the sauce (the Abkhaz). It turned out amazing! Now the only way to prepare :)

My chickens, cut from the breast dry with a paper towel, lightly beats his fist (so that the bones cracked his), remove remnants of the neck.
Grate cheese (Abkhazian!). One teaspoon for each chicken.
Inside do the same thing.
Put in a bowl to marinate.
Press press and leave to marinate in the fridge (we are not at +4*C). In principle, quite a few hours. But we leave the Chicks at 2 days. So turns out delicious.
When the chickens enough promarinovalos, begin to fry them. I take the pot (so the oil is not sprayed very much). Pour the sunflower oil, heat. Send back the chicken.
I'm roasting a chicken on each side for 2 times. Time can not say exactly. But roasting one chicken takes no more than 15 minutes. They turn out very juicy, tender, moderately salty and spicy. Bon appetit!
