Pork in a summer sauce
In the summer season, berries can perfectly diversify your everyday table. Red currant berries are great, not only for sweet dishes, but for meat! Offer to try to cook pork in a sauce with red currant and sweet peppers! It is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Red currants

    300 g

  • Puree vegetables

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 tsp

  • Water

    300 ml

Pork cut into small pieces and fry in hot vegetable oil for about 10 minutes

Then add sliced onion half rings and fry for another 7-8 minutes

Add the pork brown sugar (I used sugar TM "Mistral"), stir and fry for another 5 minutes to the pork and onions have begun to slightly get caramelized

Pour the meat with water, add salt and spices. Simmer for about 40 minutes. At the end of the boiling to dissolve the flour with a small amount of water and stir, pour in the sauce, boil for another 5 minutes
