A wonderful recipe that will diversify Your dinner! Zucchini will be very juicy, and the chicken with mushrooms is very gentle! Perfect for meeting unexpected guests, and filing it turns out, my personal favorite portion!))

Cooking
Make zucchini boats and put in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Servings per given quantity of ingredients 3, just the third I've done with the eggplant and it is in the picture not included) Pull out and put on a napkin.
Finely chopped onion and garlic, saute in skillet in small amount of oil until transparent.
Put the finely chopped flesh of the zucchini and simmer on medium heat for a few minutes.
Now add the mushrooms, chopped into slides. Sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Add the chicken, diced. Sprinkle with seasoning for chicken, salt-pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Now pour the wine and heat above medium to evaporate the alcohol. You can skip this step if there is no fault. As soon as evaporate-turn off and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
Egg, mix thoroughly, and stuff our zucchini.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
