Stir fry pork with carrots and cucumber
Not even scary presence in the hot plate of cucumber, they are often used in Asian cuisine, and it's great there look. I, of course, the dish is Asian purely conventional, but still with some notes :)

Ingredients

  • Pork

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

The meat is cut into thin strips, onion half-rings. Grind garlic and ginger. Carrots cut into thin strips. At this moment the owners of the combines and grater for Korean carrot triumph, the same bomzhik, as I work with handles :) Cucumber thicker strips. Put the meat in a bowl, pour there the starch (the flour) and mix well. Heat in a wok (or deep pan) oil, throws onion-garlic-ginger, fry literally a minute (it all starts pafnuti). There add meat and fry until it changes color. Throw the meat and carrots, fry for another couple of minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the components for the sauce - soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Then turn to fly in the wok for corn and cucumber.

Stir if desired, add a little chili, cover with the sauce, make the fire bigger and with constant stirring, waiting, and when the sauce has thickened. As soon as the pieces become brown and well coated with sauce, turn off, sprinkle with greens and eat what you like :) I like it with rice or noodles.
