And now the dream came true: in the cellar is wine and in the freezer harvested grape leaves. Now, when you come to us guests, we will prepare the stuffed grape leaves. Sour taste of grape leaves gives the dish flavor, unique aroma and taste.

Cooking
Vine leaves to thaw. Wash rice, pour boiling water, leave for 10-15 minutes. Mushrooms finely chop, carrots to RUB on a grater. Onions and garlic peel, onion chopped, garlic finely chopped.
Minced meat combine with rice, mushrooms, carrots, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, mix well.
On the wide part of the grape leaves and put one tablespoon of stuffing, gently roll the tube-dolma.
Put the dolma in a saucepan with a thick bottom (the bottom cover grape leaves), densely pressing them to each other, pour water so that barely covered the dolma. Add olive oil, tomato sauce, a little salt, pepper, add a spoon of sugar and stew until ready.
After 60 minutes, the dolma is ready. On the table served with sour cream, sprinkle with chopped greens.
