Pork chops with vegetable ragout
To diversify the menu, why not come up with! This is my favorite tried, and I just photographed! Chops and side dish in one pot!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Assorted vegetable

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

Cooking

The oil from the mushrooms fry the onion half rings and carrots, grated on a coarse grater.

Add a mix of frozen vegetables (I have a Mexican mixture). Simmer a few minutes. Add the mushrooms, simmer again.

In a stew (don't forget salt and pepper) put the chops and simmer about 20 minutes, turning them.

Serve and enjoy the rich taste, can be accompanied with red wine! Bon Appetit!
