Quick and easy. My husband loves to cook and meat and fish on the grill. Here's how I do it.

Cooking
In the evening, make the marinade: yogurt + ketchup and onion on a grater (so the taste and smell of onions is better to soak the chicken). Add salt, lemon juice and red pepper. Cover chicken.
Fry on the grill, slowly, to the already smoldering coals, about 25 minutes. Though, so I want to hurry :) But no hurry, around such beauty!! The Bosphorus, ships, clean air!!!
It becomes very tasty, with a crispy crust, but not enough for us :( husband with some face standing :) And you a delicious picnic!!!!
Fry on the same grill the eggplants (they are in the beginning over high heat, skin burns, and inside the yummy smoky; don't be afraid to put on a big fire, nothing will not burn!!) and cut in half tomatoes, onions, pepper spread. And all this is eaten with chicken!!
And even the neighbor's cat came for a delicious smoke!! and he also got!!:)
