Cooking
The beans are cleaned from the valves. The meat is cut into pieces.

Then place the remaining garlic and add tomato juice. Stir gently and leave for another 1-2 minutes after boiling. Fresh beans Gigantes is cooked very quickly. If you have dry beans, it should be pre-cooked separately as ordinary beans. You can also use canned beans.
