This dish I found the recipe the notorious "Kremlin diet". So much that now it is often on our table. Though I modernized it a bit for a quick cooking dinner.

Cooking
To prepare chicken: RUB them with salt, pepper, mustard or any other spices to your taste.
Fry legs in vegetable (olive, any other) oil until Golden brown and put it from the pan.
Cut the vegetables into strips and opacity in a frying pan in the remaining fat and cook for 3-5 minutes. Season with a little salt.
In the company of the vegetables add the tomato paste. If the vegetables are not given enough juice (as, alas, in my case), add water.
Instead tomatoe pastes can be used 3-4 grind in a blender tomatoes mixed with a pinch of red pepper and minced garlic. In this case, the dish will look good cilantro. But today I used tomato paste.
Fried chicken legs dipped in the frying pan to the tomato-vegetable gravy and simmer on low heat until tender.
