Today I have another recipe for scrambled eggs, this time from the book "Popular cooking"! Omelette tender and tasty, and even filling, I think, will delight you and your family... it is very fast and simple, so that it can prepare your children! Just such a recipe on the website I found, so I share it with you.

Cooking
Beat the eggs, add water,

But one minute is not enough. I fried for about 3 minutes, removed the extra foam from above (from whipping left) and in the end covered for a minute cap, so scrambled eggs on top of cold cake
In parallel, while it was baking the eggs, I prepared the filling: cut the ham into strips and rubbed on a coarse grater cheese. In addition to this filling also available pre-cooked asparagus tips, mushrooms, seafood. And, remember: "one serving of scrambled eggs with toppings requires 2 eggs, but without filling - 3".
Prepared scrambled eggs detach from the sides of the pan with a spatula, lightly stir it to make behind the pan (although it did not stick too much) Spread on 1 half of the omelet stuffing
Put carefully on a dish and decorate
