Description
One of the many variants of beef stew - one that is most loved by me and my family. Perfectly retains its taste after repeated warming up, so it can provide the family with food for a few days in advance. It is very convenient for working women! Just heat up the beef, cook a side dish and/or cut vegetable salad and delicious dinner ready. Welcome to the table!

Cooking
Beef cut into cubes...
Heat a pot or a saucepan, embers in it vegetable oil and put onion. Fry the onions until will give all the moisture.
Add carrots, fry for 2 minutes.
Add the meat and fry until then, until it cease to give juice.
Add a glass of wine (in this case red wine vinegar with water). all of the above do over high heat without closing the lid. Salt, pepper, add coarsely chopped garlic and Bay leaf. Stew on low heat under a lid for 40 minutes.
Add paprika, alignment, if necessary, salt and simmer 10 minutes.
