We will need the following ingredients:
Beets grate on a fine grater. Garlic squeeze through the press.
Add the mayonnaise"Maheev" with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
In a bowl put chicken breast.
Pour breast, mayonnaise and beetroot sauce and leave for 30 minutes.
Put the chicken breast in the form with foil and put in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Aromatic, juicy chicken breast ready.
