Honestly reviewed all 102 recipe of beef tongue, that I gave "search". A similar option is not found. But, if anything, a bag a sneaker, eggs and more cooked)) PS based on the recipe from the book "Festive table" (author L. M. Fyodor and Ekaterina lemkul, 1971 ed.)

Cooking
The language is carefully washed and scalded with boiling water. Then put in a pot, add a peeled and halved onion, peeled and cut into several parts carrot and parsley root. Cover with cold water so that the water covers the tongue by about 3 cm. place the pan on a high heat, after boiling, reduce the flame and simmer cook tongue until tender. Add salt at the end of cooking. PS to speed up the process I cooked the tongue in the slow cooker-a pressure cooker. p. from parsley root, I only had dry and mixed with dry herbs.
Ready language to put it in cold water and remove the skin. Then cut into slices, lay the slices in a heatproof dish and pour a small amount of the broth in which the cooked tongue. Form to cover with plastic wrap so that the slices don't dried out and temporarily set aside. At the same time to turn on to heat the oven temperature 200-220 degrees.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Apples, peel and seeds, cut into large slices and add to the pot or saucepan. Pour 1/2 Cup of water. If the oven is by this time well warmed, then turn it off. And put the form in a well-heated oven for roughly 5-8 minutes. That is, the language under the sauce doesn'T bake, and well warmed up!!!
Warmed dish immediately and serve. Garnish well suited boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes. Beef tongue with Apple-cranberry sauce to the table and just as a snack.
