Mashed potatoes with stew
Tonight I wanted something simple. The choice fell for Yam and stew (good stray jar of Belarusian beef stew). It just didn't. It turned out delicious:))

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Red onion

  • Garlic

  • Mushrooms

  • Brisket

    5 ломт.

  • Cheese

    100 г

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

  • Seasoning

  • Bay leaf

  • Stew

    1 бан.

  • Tomato paste

    1 бан.

  • Dill

Our potatoes are already cooked. Throw out everything that was cooked together with potatoes. Mash, adding butter. Decorate our dish and serve. I have potatoes sprinkled with cheese. Served with pickled cherry tomatoes. It turned out delicious:)). Whereupon, as always, all ANGEL!
