Chicken breast
A delicious recipe of white chicken meat. Spring colors, elegant taste, elegant aroma, ease of cooking it all together with TM Mahe!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 шт

  • Semi-dry red wine

  • Jam

    0,5 стак.

  • Grapes

    1 стак.

  • Lemon

    0,5 шт

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Orange

Cooking

For marinade, combine vegetable (or olive) oil with salt and pepper. Coat chicken mixture. I cut off a small fillet and form the third portion. It is a little smaller.

Put the chicken in the preheated pan. Fry on both sides until light Golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).

While the chicken is cooking, in a deep skillet, mix wine and orange jam and cook over high heat for about 10 minutes. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Pour the chicken Breasts directly in the pan cooked sauce, throw on top of the grapes and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Garnishes chicken salad (my salads beetroot leaves and mizuna green ).

Lay the chicken Breasts along with the sauce and grapes over the prepared salad. Garnish with orange slices or Mandarin and berries fresh grapes. Fairly neutral taste of white chicken meat in perfect harmony with sweet and sour, slightly tangy sauce-glaze.
