These cakes I found on the website "Vkontakte& amp;quot; (Yes, I have a lot of recipes from there :) ). The patties turned out so delicious that my husband asked me to make them for the New Year. And to me they seemed like cutlets. More like soft chops.

My Turkey was not, but was ready minced chicken (I mean, already milled). I added to it bread, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, egg and 2 tablespoons of semolina, as the stuffing was watery (optional instead of semolina you can add bread crumbs). And left for 20 min to swell.
Cheese and butter for the filling cut into cubes.
Wet hands to form a ball of minced meat, mash it, giving the shape of a circle. In the center put the cheese, and the cheese - butter. Edges to take.
Fry the patties in vegetable oil until Golden brown (not until tender, just a few minutes each side).
Fold chops in shape. Oil, which were roasted meatballs, pour in shape to cutlets, add a little more water. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, put on top of burgers (I have a couple of meatballs bad saipol, and they emerged from the oil (seen in photo))
Grate cheese on the fine grater and put on top of the tomatoes, squeeze a little hand. On top drizzle with mayonnaise.
Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 45-50 minutes on average.
I have a family of two men: father and husband, so for them I used to make this, in fact, very high calorie burgers. Easier option: in chops do not add the butter, cheese, and ice cube (the ice will melt, water will soak into the patties and they will be juicier), instead of mayonnaise to get a cream and cakes are not fried, and immediately put in a baking dish.
