This recipe I found in the magazine "School of Gastronome". The prepared dish has an interesting taste, will likely appeal to lovers of Oriental spicy taste. Prepared in principle simple, but requires time for marinating, freezing and roasting chicken in the cooking process.

Cooking
So, collect the products.
Prepared chicken cut into serving pieces. Spine and neck fill with water (0.5 l) and cook the broth.
Ginger and garlic grind them.
Add the zest and lemon juice.

Put the chicken in the marinade, mix well and put to chill for 1 hour.
Mix the flour, paprika, salt, chili and divide the batter into 2 parts.
Remove the chicken from the marinade (the marinade is not poured, it is still useful), roll the pieces in breadcrumbs and (here the most interesting))) and place in the freezer for 1.5 hours. Next, remove the chicken from the freezer and allow it to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature. Coat again in breadcrumbs.
And fry 3-4 minutes on each side.
Fried pieces put on a baking sheet and pour the remaining marinade and added chicken broth (1/2 Cup). Then sprinkle with sugar and put in oven for 45 minutes.
