Cooking
Fry spare ribs and veal (veal added to feed and a baby) in a frying pan over high heat until Golden brown, add salt a bit of juice. Then pour boiled water and leave to simmer for 15-20 minutes. I transferred the meat into a saucepan where I got it and stewed on the small fire.
Meanwhile, make the sauce: onions cut as for frying (I like cubes, and quarter rings) and fry in the pan (where meat was originally roasted) until Golden brown, then grate the carrots on a large grater and add to the onions.
Now add diced bell pepper and after a minute the finely chopped herbs and a teaspoon of mustard. Will immediately feel the spicy aroma.
A little bit of everything is Protasiv, add a spoonful of tomato sauce, sugar, salt and dilute all this beauty with the broth, which was our braised short ribs! Simmer for another minute.
Then pour the sauce over the ribs with the meat, add the lemon (cut the slices to the segments), pepper and Bay leaf. All this beauty simmer for another 20 minutes. All ready.
Can be served with potatoes, rice, buckwheat... Bon appetit!
