Breakfast of Champions
I suggest you make a simple, healthy and tasty Breakfast. Takes about 10 minutes and is capable of charging power and energy for the whole day!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Avocado

    1 шт

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Yogurt

    100 г

  • Lemon juice

    2 ст. л.

  • Cucumber

    0,5 шт

  • Salt

  • Mint

    3 шт

  • Chili

  • Olive oil

    3 ст. л.

Take 2 large mushroom. Cut the stalk and saute in olive oil on both sides.
