Description
Not to say that this dish can make someone very striking. Rather, it is my method of cooking chicken breast. Although, this in itself is a delicious dish and maybe the recipe will come in handy. The filling here can be any. Here used leftover rice.

Cooking
Take the breast fillets. Put on plastic wrap or p/e package. With a sharp knife cases frequent cuts in the form of mesh, thereby revealing the fillet.
Cover the top with clingfilm or p/e bag. Beats the fillet through the pack, but not much to fillet not torn. It turns out a thin layer of fillets.
The resulting layer of fillets sprinkle with salt, mixture of peppers, paprika and dry herbs. Pour teriyaki sauce. (teriyaki is possible to grease with mustard or tomato sauce).
Carrot peel and grate on a fine grater (but not smallest). Boiled rice mixed with carrots and grated cheese (I used feta cheese). Sour cream. Season with salt to taste. On the edge of the chicken layer put the rest of the filling.
With the help of the film or bag to collapse in a tight roll. To release from the film, and preferably allow to stand in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. But if there is no time, you can do.
The resulting roll wrap a strip of bacon. Roll put into a form. We have 2 rolls. Put the rolls close to each other. Generally it is better to take the form to the rolls tightly to each other (if rolls a lot). Put in a preheated 200C oven. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the bacon is lightly browned. The roll is cut with a sharp knife.
