Very simple and tasty dish. Minimum ingredients, maximum pleasure!

My meat, dry and cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
All mix thoroughly, add salt, add spices.
In a pot add the butter, one tablespoon.
Fill it with meat, cover with a lid and put in pre heated oven at 190° for 40 minutes, until tender meat.
Then get a pot and add the sour cream, one tablespoon. Put back in the oven for 20 minutes.
