Cooking
For cooking perfect rice TM Mistral bubble mix
In a hot vegetable oil to fry until Golden brown chicken, cut into serving pieces. Salt. Pepper, onion, garlic and tomato cut into small cubes. Add the chicken and saute for 10 minutes
Add rice and saute without adding liquid 4 minutes. Add the broth. To put out the kind of cover on slow fire of 30 minutes
Add 10 minutes until tender spices and lemon juice
