Chicken liver with ginger
Simply and quickly prepared, for lovers of ginger. Invented by me. Ginger and coriander conceal unloved by many "liver smell". Is unusual, spicy flavor and the fresh ginger gives a little spice. Do not use dried ginger and garlic, the taste will be totally different!

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Sour cream

    200 г

  • Allspice

  • Coriander

  • Chicken liver

  • Ginger

    20 г

  • Garlic

The ingredients which we will need (except the liver).

Liver washed, cleaned, cut into small pieces. Put in sauce pan with olive oil.

Fry on high heat, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes, then reduce the heat. Cook, stirring, about 10 minutes for evaporation of excess fluid.

Add sour cream, stir. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add the spices (pepper and coriander crushed) and salt to taste (a little). Simmer under a lid for 5 minutes.

Then add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Stew under the cover for another 5 minutes.

Voila) Tender, flavorful pechenocna ready. Goes well with buckwheat or rice. Bon appetit!
