Coarsely grated carrot fry onion in the pan. Separately fry the potatoes. In the same pan, fry the pieces of beef. Everything is stacked in layers in pots. Add seasonings and salt to taste. Pour 1/4 Cup of water and put in cold oven. Cook at 180-200 degrees for 80-90 min.
