Pumpkin gnocchi with sauerkraut and bacon
Delicious gnocchi. Time consuming dish... but it's worth it!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

  • Savoy cabbages

  • Onion

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Rosemary

  • Sage

Purified pumpkin cut into slices 1 cm thick and cook in the oven at 180 degrees until soft (about 45 min)

Cooked pumpkin puree them in a blender (or mince), slightly cooled, add eggs, salt, pepper, grated cheese and flour. Knead the dough (it should be moderately soft).

Roll out the dough sausages, cut with a knife into small pieces and attach them to the form (I have balls,so as not to suffer!)

Between doing preparation of cabbage To a large frying pan fry in olive oil the onion, carrot, stalk of celery, diced. Add sprigs of rosemary and leaves of sage (after 5 minutes remove them).

Add chopped smoked brisket. Fry

Add shredded cabbage (I say cabbage and Savoy). Fry, add 250 ml of broth (from my cube), salt and pepper to taste, cover and simmer until cooked cabbage.

Boil gnocchi in salted water with a Bay leaf. As soon as gets out, takes 2-3 minutes and harvested. Put them on the frying pan to the cabbage and mix well. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese. Delicious! Bon appetit!
