Description
Fish baked in the oven in foil. Very juicy, flavorful and simple dish.
Ingredients

Fish fillets
-
Carrots
-
Lemon
-
Onion
-
Mayonnaise
-
Salt
-
Black pepper
Cooking
Three on a coarse grater carrots and mix it with mayonnaise, if necessary podsalvage
Fillet fish (in this case, tilapia) salt and pepper, add spices according to your taste
Cut onion into rings
Lemon also cut into rings
Lay it all on the foil sheet, first carrots in mayonnaise, then chicken and onion with lemon. We get that fish lying on a bed of carrots
Wrap envelope. Put our envelopes (I have several of them) on a baking sheet in a cold oven for 1 hour
Here's what we got. I served with boiled potatoes. Bon appetit!
