Description
My version of all the famous dishes, additionally enriched with vitamins, because mushrooms contain a range of vitamins, including vitamins E, D, B, iron, phosphorus, potassium and zinc, beneficial for the immune system. The composition of green beans, are also rich in vitamins is carotene, folic acid and other b vitamins, vitamins C, E and A. and of course, the recipe for those who love delicious and satisfying meal. Cooking
Chicken (I used without bone and skin) cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil for 20 minutes
Then add seasoning for chicken, stir
Add the cleaned and diced mushrooms and onions, fry, stirring, for another couple of minutes
Next, pour on top of beans (not defrosting), add the soy sauce (I used Soy Sen classical, but the fit and any other which You like), a little salt
Stir, diminish the fire and simmer under the lid for another 5 minutes. You can add a little water if not enough liquid
Then add sour cream (again, can be any what You like, I prefer "Kuban Burenka" 20% fat), press out the garlic. Stir, add the fire, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat
Here and you're done! On the side suitable potato, rice or buckwheat. I cooked buckwheat. Bon appetit!
