Description
It is a fairly simple recipe of chicken breast in batter, adding grated cheese is formed even more appetizing and crisp, and the meat remains juicy and tender.

Cooking
Chicken breast, cleaned from skin and bones (to get a clean fillet)
Cut into pieces a La carte.
To beat the chicken (I beat off in the package).
Grate black pepper.
In a bowl break the egg, add the flour, milk, salt, cheese. Mix everything carefully.
Coat fillets in batter, spread on a heated pan, fry on both sides until Golden brown.
