Zucchini lasagna is a great light dinner. Quick, simple, delicious and healthy!

For two servings I used half zucchini.
Half zucchini cut lengthways on four parts. And fried for two minutes with spices on both sides in a pan with oil. On two slices put boiled in spices and seasonings meat. Then, a slice of cheese divided in half and covered them with meat. ( The zucchini is not salted, because the meat was cooked in salted water and soy sauce is salty. )
Meat put the second part of the zucchini, top with two slices of cheese and put in oven to bake until Golden top.
Lasagna bake for about 5 - 7 minutes in preheated oven.
Cheese chadder well flushed and not melted. He clapped the sides of zucchini with the filling.
The lasagna put on the lettuce.
Inside, the cheese rasplavilsya.
The Kikkoman sauce was a good complement to the zucchini lasagna.
