Pork rolls with lemon and prunes
Very fragrant, tasty, slightly spicy dish. Sauce framed with garlic and curry complement the harmony of the picture.

Pork fillet cut into steaks and repel from two sides. Prunes rinse, Pat dry with napkins and notching, as in the photo. In the middle of prunes put a small piece of lemon without seeds.

Prunes put on the steak and roll roll. A toothpick or wooden skewer to pick up the edge of the steak.

In a small amount of olive oil in a pan, fry both sides of our rolls until Golden brown. First fry from the side where the seam is with a skewer. Salt and pepper to add to the fried meat and add 100 ml of water. Lower the heat to low and with the lid closed, simmer for 20 min.

Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife blade, add to the meat. Pour the cream, add the cream cheese, curry and mix gently. You can salt them a bit. Pepper cut into strips, the tomato layers and add to the meat. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped favorite herbs before serving.
