Vegetable kebab with herbs and bacon
Another summer variant of kebab on a skewer! This time with vegetables and bacon. It turns out very tasty and flavorful! It is possible to cook outdoors or have a picnic at home.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 шт

  • Tomato

    1 шт

  • Pepper

    1/2 шт

  • Bacon

    4 ломт.

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Greens

    1 пуч.

  • Olive oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Salt

    1 шт

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Potatoes and tomatoes cut into slices thickness of about 0.5 cm Pepper cut into squares the size of a slice of tomato. Bacon, brisket or bacon cut into thin slices.

Greens finely chop, mix with squeezed through the press garlic and olive oil.

To hold the skewers in water for 5-10 minutes so they don't burn in the cooking process. Alternately thread the vegetables and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.

Skewers with vegetables to put in the foil, pour the remnants of greens with oil, wrap and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180C.

Then open foil and bake under the grill (or to increase the temperature to maximum) 10 minutes.
