The vegetables in the pot
During lent food should be modest and simple. But you should eat 7 weeks one carrot or rice difficult for many, especially men who are very hungry come back in the evening home from work. So I offer a Lenten recipe, which is made from simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

  • Pepper

  • Beans

  • Zucchini

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking vegetables in a pot, of course, begins with the preparation of the pots and all vegetables. Then fry the onion and carrots in vegetable oil.

Next in the same pan fry the chopped potatoes until Golden brown. Potatoes definitely add salt.

Then fry green beans, red bell pepper, zucchini. Be sure to add garlic, salt, pepper.

All overcooked vegetables mix and spread in the pots.

Now you need to prepare a "fill" to the dish was juicy. To do this in a separate bowl mix the flour, water and dry herbs (parsley, dill).

Pour our mixture in pots. Close the pot lids or baking paper and put in oven for 15 minutes. The vegetables in the pot are ready. I always use this combination of vegetables. Tomato is not added, since it is my taste sour and the eggplant taste bitter. This dish is well served with a wooden spoon and a mug of kvass. All a pleasant appetite. God bless you all.
