Delicious aromatic meat curry. Served with fresh yogurt that is very refreshing taste of curry and softens its sharpness. For the contest "Autumn tango"

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garam masala

  • Turmeric

  • Yogurt

  • Garlic

Preheat the oven to 170 gr. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the onion and cook, stirring from time to time, for about 15 minutes, until the onions are soft and Golden.

Meanwhile, in a mortar join the ginger, garlic, coriander, garam masala, turmeric and salt.

Pound with the pestle until the mixture turns into a paste.

Add the onions and pogotowie a minute until you feel the aroma of spices.

Then add meat, chili pepper and 3/4 of tomatoes. Mix thoroughly. If you want to reduce the sharpness of the meals, cut the number of peppers. I use as much as you need for the recipe, but removed the seeds, because as far as I know, the sharpness in the seeds of hot peppers.

Put in a pot. Cover and postwhite in the oven for 1 1/4 hours.

After this time remove from the oven, add bell peppers and remaining tomatoes. Cover and put in the oven for another 15 minutes.
