Mustard seeds
1 ч. л.

Honey
1 ст. л.

Nutmeg

Khmeli-suneli

Salt
-
Soy sauce
2 ст. л.

Basil
Cooking
Mix all the above ingredients.
The ribs, wash it and dry it. Lubricates the resulting sauce. I rib the ribbon was cut into 2 parts.
Liberally sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven until tender.
