  • Yogurt

  • Mint

  • Mustard

  • Sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Garlic

  • Salt

    1 щепот.

  • Black pepper

    1 щепот.

Cooking

Cut meat and recapture. Season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard. Leave for 30 minutes.

Stir-fry the meat over high heat in a pan on both sides. Take out the meat from the pan.

On this same pan fry the sliced mushrooms for a few minutes, add flour, stir and enter the warm milk. Should get not a thick sauce.

Return the meat to the pan, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Pour yogurt mixed with sugar
