Cooking
Cut meat and recapture. Season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard. Leave for 30 minutes.
Stir-fry the meat over high heat in a pan on both sides. Take out the meat from the pan.
On this same pan fry the sliced mushrooms for a few minutes, add flour, stir and enter the warm milk. Should get not a thick sauce.
Return the meat to the pan, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Pour yogurt mixed with sugar
And sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, give extinguished for another 15 minutes.
Then add mint, fresh is better, but you can replace and dried, which I did. Turn off, cover and leave for 5-10 minutes to open up the mint flavor. Bon appetit!!!
